Floor Maintenance Program:

Enterprise Maintenance Company Inc.'s professional floor crews are separate teams; trained in the maintenance and upkeep of the many types of floors. For example: resilient, concrete, terrazzo/marble, clay, wood/cork and carpet. This specialized field requires the proper use of equipment and expertise of trained individuals. For example, it is important to know that marble is composed principally of calcium carbonate in crystalline form and is not as porous as concrete or terrazzo, but can be treated and maintained like a terrazzo floor.

Carpet Maintenance:

Along with floor maintenance this area has its' own tricks of the trade. We use four different methods of carpet cleaning. They area Steam Clean and Extraction, Bonnet Method, Deep Scrub and the Host Method. The proper training in the use of industrial cleaning compounds and equipment is a must.

Construction Clean-up:

This is a field in itself. We have found in working with many construction companies over the years that coordination is the primary key factor. Our service is organized and structured to precisely meet the deadlines which construction companies face. Working with this phase program has been the most successful method of bringing a new or remodeled building up to excellent standards.

Window Maintenance:

Window maintenance crews are also separate teams that have mastered the art of the squeegee as well as the knowledge of specialized chemicals such as Descalers, adhesive removers and aluminum frame polishes. All of our maintenance workers are also trained in the basics of window maintenance.
